The Washington Institute of Natural Medicine is a natural health care center offering alternative medicine to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The center's staff includes Doctors of Natural Health, Doctor of Naturopathy, Doctors of Integrative Homeopathy, Reiki practitioners, Lympathic Drainage practitioners, Alternative Medicine Nurses, certified and licensed practitioners, and natural health care interns.

The Director of the Institute is Victoria K. Goldsten, HD, PhD (biography). Victoria Goldsten has been caring for the sick since 1973. Her first health care experience was in nursing at several hospitals in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. She later studied and became certified in acupressure, homeopathy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and Complementary and Alternative Medicine Nursing. She has a B.S. degree in Nursing and a doctorate degree in Homeopathy. She is licensed in nursing and massage in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Victoria Goldsten practices as a contemporary homeopath, post surgical nurse, Alternative Medicine Nurse, and Lymphatic drainage massage therapist. She has lectured for many local groups on a variety of topics emphasizing natural treatments. She is currently working as a homeopath, massage therapist and supervisor for the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine.

The Natural Health Exam is a complete holistic evaluation provided by the Washington Institute practitioners. This exam includes but is not limited to: Client history, Oriental visual exam, iridology, tongue observation, pulse study, hara study, Constitutional Evaluation, Remedy Testing and Remedy Recommendations.
