Natural Health Exam/Consultation - This exam is a comprehensive study of the human body using observation skills from the Orient and Europe. It is a preventative approach focusing on organ system efficiency and cleansing. For each client the exam consists of a combination of alternative modalities; Iridology, Tongue analysis, Facial Observation, Pulse analysis, a Japanese Hara technique, Kinesiology Muscle Testing, Remedy testing, and Natural Treatment plan recommendations. Through this consultation we will review your health history and devise a plan to work towards your healing utilizing all the homeopathic tools available (follow-up appointment will be needed to review recommendations).

Holistic Nutrition Consultation - Holistic nutrition is a comprehensive and complete approach to your wellness. Clients come to me because they want to lose weight; others have questions and concerns about new or ongoing health concerns. Some just want a safe place to be able to discuss their health issues, get motivation and encouragement, and to be educated about the best choices.

Therapeutic Yoga Sessions – Yoga therapy empowers clients to become students of their health in a safe and guided environment. Participants receive personalized yoga and lifestyle guidance that integrates balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga therapy works as a supplement to support a variety of health challenges such as pain management, breathing disorders, injury recovery, trauma & addiction, insomnia & sleep disorders and emotional regulation.

Aromatherapy/ Essential Oil Consultation - Essential oils have enhanced lives for thousands of years, offering a variety of benefits from cosmetic and dietary purposes to spiritual and religious use. However, not all essential oils are created equal, so I’ve done the homework for you to narrow in on a company I believe is the best out there. The Young Living Essential Oil’s medicinal-grade quality can be used topically, orally, and infused to assist with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With hundreds of oils to choose from, I can help you sort through which oils to invest in to have the greatest benefit.

Reflexology - The principles of reflexology embody techniques designed to keep the body's systems operating at peak efficiency. Providing gentle pressure along points in the feet can help achieve balance in the body by normalizing the function of the internal organs and stimulating the body’s natural healing process. $95.00 for a 60 minute session

About Akeema Bichali

At just 26 years old, Akeema Bichali was diagnosed with high blood pressure. This happened just a year after she lost her mother to liver disease. Realizing she was too young to face a life of chronic and life-threatening diseases, Akeema focused on revamping her health. In the process she learned so much about holistic health, sparking her interest in helping others do the same.

Akeema started a thriving business helping others move forward with a renewed focus on healthy living. She educates her clients on the use of nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, and movement to heal and restore the body. Akeema specializes in disease prevention and healing diabetes, high blood pressure ( hypertension), eczema, psoriasis, and other ailments effecting the body.

Akeema is a certified holistic health care practitioner and a nutritional consultant, obtaining her certification from the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine and the American Naturopathic and Holistic Association. She holds a B.S. degree in Social Science from the University of Maryland University College. She received her Level 1 & 2 therapeutic yoga from Integral Yoga Institute in New York. Through yoga, she often teaches her clients how to infuse movement and meditation into their lives to reduce chronic pain. Akeema is also extensively educated in Young Living Essential Oils and provides aromatherapy and chemical-free living consultation.
