About Bach Flower Essences:
In the early 1930s, Dr. Edward Bach, who was a physician, surgeon, homeopath, bacteriologist, and immunologist created the Bach Flower therapeutic system. In his role as a physician, he realized that his patients’ physical diseases and ailments were exacerbated by their mental and emotional states. Dr. Bach discovered that when he treated the mental and emotional states of his patients with the Bach Flower essences, the natural healing potential in their bodies were restored and their physical ailments, imbalances, and unhappiness were alleviated.

Bach Flower remedies are listed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS), are sold as over-the-counter homeopathic products, and have been issued National Drug Code (NDC) numbers by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Bach Flower system is all natural, non-toxic, and can be used in conjunction with other forms of treatments. Dr. Bach’s remedies are available in over 60 countries worldwide, and are manufactured according to strict guidelines established by the World Health Organization.
About Me:
I am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP) with 15+ years of experience using Bach Flower remedies. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a certificate in Holistic Health Care that is recognized by the American Naturopathic and Holistic Association, and approved by the Virginia Department of Education. My holistic practice of health and healing is also grounded in the philosophy that physical ailments can be linked to mental causes, and through achieving balanced thought patterns one can reverse illnesses and create optimal health and happiness.
Bach Flower Consultations:
Initial consultations are generally 90 minutes. Follow-up consultations are usually 60 minutes. My role as a BFRP is to provide clients with a supportive environment to discuss their stresses and to determine how the remedies can be of assistance to them. By fostering a dialogue with clients, I am able to pinpoint which Bach Flower remedies are specifically indicated.
